What devices do people use to research and book hotel rooms, and how does it differ throughout the EU markets? What are the booking values between them? Where and why do people travel? How do users prefer to transact throughout the EU?

The client, a major global hotel chain approached me to support their worldwide digital transformation project. They were looking for specific digital adoption and travel habit insights to inform their room booking strategy.
